Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Interface-IQ. By accessing or using the Interface-IQ website and audit service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Interface-IQ provides diagnostic website audits, including screenshots, performance metrics, and recommendations related to UI, UX, conversion, SEO, AEO, and GEO visibility. Some features are free; detailed reports and PDF exports may require payment or account registration.

3. Authority and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the service for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable law.
• Submitting URLs you do not have permission to analyse, or attempting to access restricted systems.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, phishing, or impersonation.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service, including malware, probing, scraping, or excessive automated requests.

5. Intellectual property

Interface-IQ and all related software, branding, documentation, and content are owned by Interface-IQ. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own internal or personal purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as URLs. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the audit service to you.

7. Payments and credits

Paid features are sold as report credits. Pricing is displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.

Report credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Paddle Merchant of Record disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Audit results are generated automatically and are provided for guidance only. You should validate any significant changes before implementing them.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interface-IQ from any claim arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in India.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
