14-day money-back guarantee
Interface-IQ offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on report credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. The fastest way to request a refund is through your Paddle receipt or by visiting paddle.net. You can also contact us at support@interface-iq.in and we will forward your request to Paddle.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available for unused report credits purchased within the last 14 days. If any credits from the pack have been spent to unlock reports, we will refund the remaining unused portion on a pro-rata basis. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What is not refundable
We cannot refund credits that have already been used to unlock reports, unless the report was materially defective or unavailable. In those cases, please contact us within 14 days of the unlock and we will review the issue.
Processing time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
